Marc Würgler, better known by his stage name Remady, (born on 12 December 1977), is a Swiss music producer from Zürich.[1]
His beginnings was under the name Player & Remady also known as Remady P&R. He later started using just Remady. "No Superstar", "Give Me a Sign" and "Single Ladies" remain his best known international hits. "No Superstar" cracked the UK charts reaching #75.[2][3] It also made it to #4 in Denmark, #5 in Switzerland and #8 in France. Remady has cooperated extensively with Swiss vocalist Manu-L (real name Emanuel Gut), the vocalist and guitarist for the band Myron. These releases are marketed as Remady & Manu-L or Remady featuring Manu-L.
Career
Remady started DJing in his early teens, developing his technique behind the decks and taking inspiration from various scenes such a D&B and UK Garage before discovering House. Building on his first release as part of the Sweet & Sexy Crew, DJ Remady has subsequently established himself as a solo artist with a string of releases on labels such as Houseworks, Ultra, Ministry Of Sound and Maelstrom. Remady first released a number of singles on Houseworks such as "Electrical Orgasm", "Pulse X" and the "Electro EP" series that received critical acclaim from a number of international tastemakers and began to cement his reputation as a leading producer.
His first solo single "No Superstar" credited as Player and Remady (aka Remady P&R) took Europe by storm. Initially released on Houseworks, "No Superstar" was licensed across Europe, featured on over 200 compilations and become a bona fide crossover smash. "No Superstar" was a Top-10 hit in Switzerland, France, Germany, Norway, Denmark. Receiving over 10,000,000 hits on YouTube, it was accredited Gold for sales in Switzerland and Denmark.
Following the success of "No Superstar", DJ Remady followed up with "Give Me A Sign". Featuring the Swiss singer Manu-L, vocalist of pop-rock duo Myron, it gained widespread radio support and went onto to be a second top ten hit in France. Remady was even nominated at the NRJ Music Awards 2010 in Cannes for "Hit of the year" in addition to 3 nominations in Swiss Music Awards. Remady has subsequently collaborated with Lumidee on "I'm No Superstar" and Craig David in "Do It On My Own" before working on his debut artist album No Superstar made available in the U.S. and across Europe.
The collaborations continued particularly with Manu-L with the single "Single Ladies" taken from the second album The Original credited to Remady & Manu-L. The single was their first hit to peak at the top of Swiss Hitparade, the official Swiss Singles Chart, gaining double platinum status for over 60.000 sold copies in Switzerland.
In 2013\, Remady and Manu-L released a 2k13-Edition of The Original with new songs and remixes. Collaboration with DJ BoBo in remaking of the latter's hit "Somebody Dance with Me" as Somebody Dance with Me (Remady 2013 Mix)" also featured the singing vocals of Manu-L alongside DJ BoBo.

In 2012, Remady was nominated as one of Final 5 candidates for "Best Swiss Act" during 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards. The award was won by DJ Antoine. In 2013, Remady was nominated as one of Final 5 candidates for "Best Swiss Act" during 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards
